Linas' massif is one of the most ancient area in the whole Sardinia which offers unique and unforgettable landscapes with its impressive granitic rocks, woods and many streams as Rio Linas or Torrente Piras which had dug the mountain sides, creating a harsh and wild landscape, or Rio Muru Mannu which flowing into Rio Linas creates a 70 meters fall called Cascata Muru Mannu.

Monte Linas' massif and its environment is fundamental for its fauna and flora, in fact there is a diversified vegetation where precious and extremely rear plants from a scientific point of view can grow. There are nearly 45 endemic species, among all there is even the rare Helicrysum montelinasanum. Here the Sardinian deer, the royal eagle, and the moufflon live in their uncontaminated habitat.
